I have always had a passion for other cultures, whether it is learning about the history, eating the food, or best of all, visiting a new country. I have always been drawn to people of different nationalities and I’ve been fortunate enough to have developed meaningful friendships and relationships with people of various cultures from all over the world.

I haven’t traveled as much as I would like, but it is never too late! My recent trip to Trinidad and Tobago inspired me to start this blog. I had not been to Tobago since I was 15 years old. It was a complete adventure for my husband and I, one we enjoyed every step of the way. As we visited various parts of the island and met different people, I thought to myself that no one really knows about this place and how amazing it is – truly a hidden gem. Folks are missing out!
